The Sopressa

Valli del Pasubio is historically a place where pork butchers have produced cured meats and derivatives from pork processing since the early 1900s.

The sopressa di Valli produced by Salumificio Aste is a DE.CO (Municipal Designation of Origin) product.

G.B. Aste began production in 1884. Today Paolo continues this family tradition, carried on for 125 years.

At our store you can buy the sopressa, try it in a sandwich, perhaps accompanying it with a good glass of wine.
